Our roofing crews not only canvass the property with magnets to pick up metal debris after a roof is installed, but they also use tarps around the perimeter of the dwelling during shingle removal to ensure your property remains clean. In addition, we use protection on siding, hot tubs, landscaping, etc. to ensure nothing gets damaged. We take pride in leaving each property as pristine as it was before we roofed it.
Most asphalt roof replacements can be completed in one day. Larger or more complicated roofs may take additional days to complete. If it cannot be completed in one day, our crews make sure it is watertight before leaving the job site.

This depends on a variety of factors. Often times, a leak can occur around metal flashing where components of the roof are installed (vents, pipe jacks, chimneys, valleys, etc). If the shingles are in good shape and it is just not water tight in these areas, it can usually be repaired without a full roof replacement. If there are large spots where the shingles have begun to curl or they are worn down, typically a roof replacement is the best option.
