Premier Systems does things right. From my first call to the service and follow up it was amazing how easy Joe Sorensen was to work with. He worked with the insurance estimator during the entire process ensuring that the roof damage needing fixing was taken care of. They were at my house as soon as I called to make sure no further damage was done until the time they were able to come back and complete the entire roof. Joe and his crew showed up first thing yesterday morning. What a professional crew. My wife had recently planted a number of flowers that were still on the deck and not a one of them was damaged. When done, they provided pictures of the new roof, explained the shingle and labor warranty, asked me to call if I have any issues at all and left my entire property like it was when they arrived. Thanks for a job well done.

On October 19, ,2022, the crew showed up at 6:45 AM and finished the job at 6:50 PM! They were the most organized and professional crew I have ever seen. The cleaned up everything, including our front porch and back patio. Our roof looks fabulous!

My name is Jerry Keck. I am the homeowner's son. She asked me to submit this. It's rare nowadays that service contractors meet minimum expectations. It's substantially more rare that a contractor exceeds expectations. I worked with Jeremie Swanson of Premier Systems Inc as my project manager from initial estimate through final cleanup. Having both roofing installation and estimation experience myself I had more questions and concerns than the average homeowner. Aware that there has been numerous lawsuits from almost every manufacture I was very concerned that I get a quality roof installation on my mother's home. Jeremie put my mind at ease with his obvious high level of knowledge and his professionalism. Every request I had from sample warranties to material samples he fulfilled in an exceptionally expedient manner. I had concern about getting the roof installation completed before it got too cold for them to self-seal before winter. Even though he assured me the self-sealing mastic used now days could seal at almost any temperature he would get the roof installation complete by the end of October which he did. During the installation Jeremie made several trips to our house each of the two days of installation even though he had a large apartment installation in progress at the time. He took numerous pictures to make sure he had everything needed to get our warranty processed. The crew was very respectful of our property and cleaned up everything as they proceeded. At completion of the installation there was a small stain from hydraulic fluid from the dump trailer and a small clump of asphalt that had gotten embedded into the concrete drive. Jeremie immediately purchased some degreaser and tar cleaner. The hydraulic stain came out after one application. Jeremie made several trips to treat the asphalt stain over the next week or two having to deal with a lot of rain delays. Eventually, he got it cleaned up completely. Jeremie handle all the submittals for our insurance company and we received our warranty in a very timely manner. The roof and metal installations look fantastic! My mother and I could not be happier with the entire experience.

We had a hail storm Aug 5th 2021 in the evening. The next morning I obtained a list of contractors when I called my insurance company. Out of five calls (left message) Premier Systems returned my call in less than 10 minutes. That call (did not get his name) conference called and connected me with Chane that was out on site somewhere in my area. He said he was finishing up a call and could come to my place that day. I said I needed to be at work in an hour or so and Chane said he would be here in 10 minutes. Ok at this point I was very impressed! As he said he was at my house in just a few minutes. Chane was professional and very personable. He presented your company to me in a manner that lead me to the decision early on Premier was top notch. From the initial contact with Chane and his explanation and outline of the process I felt like I could trust him and your company. Chane's description of what would happen start to finish was spot on! He was here with my adjuster as he said he would be. The evening we sat down to pick colors and do the contract I asked about time line. I informed Chane we would be out of town and have our pups boarded Aug 25-31 and was it possible to do it while we are gone. He made it happen!! AND kept us informed complete with text pics of progress. I feel in this day and age this is next level customer service!! Im a retired cop and 80% of contacts I have had with some people were usually lying so I have a level of distrust even still. Chanes demeanor, professionalism and being true to his word was unbelievable ! It was a seamless process!! Thank you Chane and Premier Systems!

We'd experienced some storm damage from hail and made the decision to try Premier Systems. We worked with James from the beginning and have had a great experience to date. We are using them for the roof(completed), gutters and painting. James has been lining up the creed to take care of it all. The roof has turned out great and they did a very nice job of clean up!

My experience with Premier was excellent! I called on a Saturday, left a message and got a call back right away, which I wasn't expecting on a weekend! Kelly was incredible to work with - so professional, got here when he said he would or texted to let me know when time had to be changed due to weather. His guys identified the problem and fixed it quickly. We had water coming in due to our air vents not being sealed properly (this was done before we purchased the home, NOT by Premier).Thank you so much, Premier!
