Premier Systems Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Metal Installation Team. Team members will work on a variety of roofing installations and repair projects. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in producing quality work as part of a team.
Home base is our Rapid City office, but crews work on projects throughout the Black Hills area and occasional travel may be required.
Premier Systems offers competitive pay based on experience and skill level, along with in-the-field training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and take on new tasks.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
- Load, unload, and transport materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions
Qualifications
- Metal roofing and construction experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required (ability to operate company vehicles)
- Ability to work up to 10 hours per day during peak construction season
- Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to comply with all safety processes and procedures
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills
- Occasional travel required

We are currently hiring Sales Representatives across our Midwest markets, including: Sioux Falls, Rapid City, Sioux City, Spirit Lake, Des Moines, Oklahoma City, Minneapolis and Omaha.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and connect with residential and commercial property owners
- Work company-provided leads alongside self-generated opportunities
- Conduct roof and exterior inspections for storm damage or age-related wear
- Educate customers on the restoration and insurance process
- Present solutions and secure project agreements
- Provide excellent customer service from initial contact through project completion
- Represent the company professionally in the field and community

Pay: $70,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year

We are looking for a HIGH-PERFORMING Sales Manager to help us meet our sales and growth targets. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential in that region by crafting sales plans with owners and to lead by example.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership ability, extensive roofing sales experience, and a proven track record of developing high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and achieve regional sales targets through effective team leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives through ongoing training and performance management
- Safely inspect roofs, assess storm-related damage, and assist with insurance claim negotiations when needed
- Establish clear performance objectives and accountability standards for the sales team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through needs-based solutions
- Review contracts to ensure projects meet profitability and buildability standards, including supplement evaluation
- Create accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting
- Recruit, hire, and develop sales professionals and production labor crews
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of roofing sales and sales management experience
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of insurance restoration sales processes
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to safely climb roofs and perform property inspections
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Position Details
- Territory: Approximately 100-mile radius
- Travel: Up to 25% preferred
- Full-time Monday through Friday with weekend and evening availability as business needs require
Compensation & Benefits
- Weekly base salary plus uncapped commission
- High-income potential — current Sales Managers earn $300,000+ annually
