Founded In 2002
Premier Systems Roofing was built on a simple principle: treat every customer the way we would want to be treated. Kelly Swee and Scott Meyer have proudly led the business since its beginning, with Austin Bettin joining as an owner in 2019. Together, they share a commitment to integrity, quality, and doing the job right the first time.
At the end of the day, roofing isn’t just about shingles and nails — it’s about protecting homes, businesses, and the people inside them. And that’s a responsibility we take seriously.

Kelly Swee
Kelly Swee is the Managing Partnerwith more than 25 years of experience in the roofing industry. Kelly is dedicated to delivering great and timely customer service, guiding homeowners through every step to ensure their roofing project is smooth and stress-free.
Scott Meyer
Scott Meyer is a Managing Partner and was born and raised in Fairmont, MN. With over 25 years of experience in the roofing industry, Scott is known for his straightforward and consultative approach. He provides practical solutions and dependable results homeowners can rely on.
Austin Bettin
Austin Bettin is a Managing Partner and was born and raised in Danbury, IA. Austin brings 10 years of experience in the roofing industry and a strong commitment to serving local homeowners. Known for his hands-on approach and attention to detail, he takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and honest guidance—so customers can feel confident their home is well protected.
Scott Dirkes
Scott Dirkes is the Regional Sales Manager for our Rapid City location, bringing over 8 years of experience in the roofing industry and almost 20 years serving homeowners in western South Dakota. As a 16-year National Guard veteran, Scott is known for his integrity, reliability, and commitment to protecting what matters most.
